Hey Iv OEM software windows 7 installed on my computer but that computer has gone thru some upgrading like motherboard etc but iv kept the same hard drive. I was told I may have to reinstall windows but can I reioem windows-7 softwarenstall OEM software of windows 7?
oem is for one computer only and has to be reactivated before installing on other computer. on that way only you'd be able to activate it on a new computer.

There's a product key on your pc. Win7 should all reinstall properly from your recovery disc if need be.
unless you change the motherboard and cpu you should be fine
