i cannot open any files and i cant figure out how to download music on it!
I have a Sansa Fuze. Open windows media player where your music should be stored. Connect mp3 to computer via usb cable and computer should recognise your mp3 pdownload music sandisk mp3 playerlayer. On right hand side of media player screen it should give you an area to drag and drop your music for transferring. Click on sync at bottom of right hand side and music should be transferred.
